Paul told the Philippians – Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable – if anything is excellent or praiseworthy – THINK about such things. Philippians 4:8
Paul told the Romans – Nothing can ever separate us from His love. Romans 8:38
I begin to recall visions of the past – I see circles (at one church camp, maybe it was in 2004). They look like soap bubbles. As they move freely, they bounce against one another – some bounce apart, some burst and some become one. After a while, the picture changes into a diagram – the circles move towards one another and overlap. The circles continue to move into position. Finally, they are in the RIGHT POSITION. I see a red dot in the centre of the circle that is on top of all the other circles. The smallest circle is on the top and the largest circle is at the bottom. The red dot has become a red heart – “When our hearts are in line with His heart, we become one” Hallelujah!
This morning, I recall this vision again and I see a string of Chinese coins strung together. There is a hole in each round coin. The hole in the centre is a square. Yet, a thread holds the coins together. The thread is scarlet! Praise the LORD! I get it!
Yes, our hearts may be squares (rigid) but His blood can still run through even ‘square’ hearts, and bring us in line with one another – in unity - in His LOVE. Thanks be to God!
God has a plan. Nothing can separate us from His love. I believe! It may take longer than it should but His plan will definitely come to pass. Amen!
As I rejoice over the power of the scarlet thread, I see the thread turning into gold. It is now a golden thread. Gold represents GLORY! Praise God! What a beautiful vision!
Every plague God sent gave Pharaoh an opportunity to choose. But instead of acknowledging the sovereignty of the God of Moses, Pharaoh focused on saving face, maintaining power, and controlling his economic well-being. Instead of humbling himself before the one true God, he became hard and rebellious. (Exodus 8:15)
Do you know anyone whose heart is like Pharaoh’s? Watch and pray. Love and pray.
Through tests and trials I may suffer much. I may even lose something but I will never lose my OPPORTUNITY TO CHOOSE MY FOCUS.
In tests and trials, what do you choose to focus on?
LYL: I thank God that there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ. I thank God that I have chosen to open the door of my heart to Jesus. I thank God that He is cleaning my house; He is washing away all sinful thoughts that may have taken root in my mind; He is consecrating my heart for His use. Even though my mind was rigid, He is renewing it day by day - by the truth of His Word and the power of His Spirit. Thanks be to God! I am now a new creation; I am born again - to love my Father who is in heaven, serve Him, worship Him and give Him glory. Amen!
Hope comes with faith. The hope that Jesus gives is a definite hope – the hope of glory. Amen!
Father, I pray in the name of Jesus that every human being on this earth may have the opportunity to hear the Good News and the opportunity to choose. I pray that every human heart is softened upon hearing the Truth. I pray that every soul is touched by Your Love, Grace, Mercy and Goodness. May all hearts be opened to welcome You - so that all our hearts may be aligned to Yours – and Your Will shall be done on earth as it is in heaven.
O Yes! Thy Kingdom come! Thy Will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen!
May Faith and Hope arise! May the earth be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea. (Habakkuk 2:14) In Jesus' wonderful name I pray! Amen!
