No one fully understands everything about God and His Word. Let’s hold our views graciously and humbly. We can choose to disagree without being disagreeable. O Holy Spirit! Help us!
Christians all over the world, regardless of tribe, language or culture, are anticipating the glorious return of Jesus Christ. His return is the destiny of this world.
Circumstances in the world constantly change even situations and relationships that appear solid. Reliable industries weaken, companies are sold, and careers are lost; health deteriorates; life changes drastically, and loved ones die …
BUT our security is NOT in this world. God and His purposes endure; His people are safe in Him, redeemed by His Son. Our Lord Jesus Christ alone brings redemption and renewal.
Time is short. I was counting my years yesterday. In about 5 months’ time, I will be 63. If I look at 70 as ‘the end of my journey in this body’, I only have 7 years to go. Oh no, 7 years is very short! If I look at 80, I have 17 years. That’s not too bad ...
From BSF notes
How much do you think about those who need Him and the new life He gives?
Time is short. Judgment is sure but God’s grace through Christ is certain. Let us pray and worship as never before! We must not tarry! When John saw God’s glory, he fell at His feet like a dead man. Revelation 1:17. When we see the LORD in His glory, will we fall down and worship Him? His splendor will transform our hearts. Let’s make room in our lives to worship the God who sits on heaven’s throne!
The splendor of the King, clothed in majesty; Let all the earth rejoice, all the earth rejoice; He wraps Himself in light, and darkness tries to hide; And trembles at His voice, trembles at His voice;
How great is our God, sing with me; How great is our God; All will see how great, how great is our God! (Song: How Great Is Our God)
(Bible reading: Revelation 5:1-14)
