This year we were back onsite for the celebration of Cairnhill Methodist’s 24th Anniversary.
While we’re grateful that the pandemic did not completely stop worship and fellowship from happening, we couldn’t be more grateful to Father God for the privilege to worship and fellowship together as one physical body.
Our theme for this year is “A Presence-based Church”.
TRAC President Rev Stanley Chua, our guest speaker, reminded us that our God is fighting our battles and our responsibility is to pray for each other in the Cairnhill Family. This is the way we can be on guard against evil spiritual influences as a church.
Fellowship lunch and games were eventful as we had special lunches, cake, and icecream with special guests like our migrant worker friends and BMV seniors joining us.
Over 50 of us stayed back to take part in the various games and activities – praise dance, Captain’s Ball, tennis, table tennis, football, and board games.
Special thanks to the Praise Dance Team for leading the 赞美操 (praise dance) segment after lunch.
