The book of Revelation describes God’s inevitable judgment. I know He controls everything in His perfect execution of it. Our days on earth are numbered. Every day has significance.
What are you doing today?
Jesus died to give us the unshakable peace of reconciliation with God. His peace dispels anxiety because of our intimacy with Him. God, the Holy Spirit lives in us!
The world around us may bring disruption and distraction, but nothing can separate us from our Saviour! He is sovereign and He controls everything. Ultimately, He will rule visibly in the world. Hallelujah!
Christians have different thoughts about “suffering”. Nobody needs to seek suffering to please God but if we are suffering for the sake of His Name, we endure and rejoice in it.
Dear Father God,
Help us to grasp Your grace and righteousness as we experience the tension of living in a fallen world. We trust You for what is not yet seen. Amen!
We believe the time will come when justice will be done in all situations. Your timing is perfect. As we wait patiently, we know that Your highest purposes will be accomplished. We have no fear in all circumstances so long as we have deep fellowship with Jesus. He is the Prince of peace. Your love for us is personal and unending.
Today I pray for the unsaved, especially the ones who have heard about You but are still tarrying. Time is short! O Lord, please open their eyes!
The Bible says: The LORD is slow to anger and great in power; the LORD will not leave the guilty unpunished … The mountains quake before Him and the hills melt away. The earth trembles at His presence, the world and all who live in it. Who can withstand His indignation? Who can endure His fierce anger? His wrath is poured out like fire; the rocks are shattered before Him (Nahum 1:3-6 NIV)
Father God, I pray and plead for mercy and salvation. We are able to face Your holiness and justice, because of our Lord Jesus Christ who died on the cross for our sins. We have redemption through the cross. Jesus took it ALL upon Himself willingly, faithfully, obediently and powerfully. Jesus is Lord!
Your holy desire and action for justice and righteousness will prevail. Your Holy Spirit transforms us through revelation and repentance. We are re-united with You in spirit and in truth. Our relationship with You is restored and we are called “Children of God”. Amen!
Father God, I pray and plead for mercy for all the kind souls whose desire is to do good. I pray for eyes to see, ears to hear and minds to know. I pray for every one who walks on beautiful feet, every chosen vessel who carries Your fragrance … anoint us as we reach out to people suffering in this fallen world. Give us power in our speech and love in our deeds. Without Your anointing, we can do nothing LORD! Your presence and power must be with us! Your presence and protection must be before us and behind us, over us and under us. In Your presence, no weapon formed against us shall prosper! Amen!
Father God, I pray and ask for power in the Name of Jesus for every life ambassador of Christ who goes on missionary trips today and every day – teaching and preaching Your Word, healing the sick and setting the captives free. Your Kingdom come! Your Will be done, on earth as it is in heaven! Hallelujah! Praise be to God! Glory to God! Amen! Amen! Amen!
