In Paul's letter to the Galatians, he mentioned the pains of childbirth until Christ is formed (Galatians 4:19) He wrote to tell us that we are free from the power of sin, free to serve one another in love. Paul reiterated that the entire law is summed up in a single command: Love your neighbor as yourself.
My Poem - By His Grace
Jesus Christ, our Lord and Master - we will always follow;
He is the way and the truth and the life - surely we know;
Grounded, rooted and established in Christ - we shall grow;
Covered by His Blood, anointed by His Spirit - we shall go;
Enabled and empowered in love - by His grace;
Temptations, trials and trouble - we will face;
Living, moving and being at the right place;
Trusting, obeying, praying, as we run the race;
By His Spirit, we are fighting battles of glorious history!
Through Christ, we’ll conquer in triumph and victory!
Preaching and teaching and telling His Story!
Giving God ALL the honor and ALL the Glory!
It is by GRACE we have been saved, through FAITH - and this is not from ourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God's workmanship, CREATED IN CHRIST JESUS to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
