If I look into my Father’s eyes, what do I see?
Dear Father God,
Help me to see myself as You see me so that I have a balanced view of myself.
The Bible says that You chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise, the weak things to shame the strong, the lowly things and the despised things – and the things that are not – to nullify the things that are, so that no one may boast.
Truly, it is by grace that we are in Christ, who has become for us wisdom from You – that is, our righteousness, holiness and redemption.
We are redeemed with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect.
Father God, You raised Jesus from the dead and glorified Him. Our faith and hope are in You.
We are like grass, and all their glory is like the flowers of the field. The grass withers and the flowers fall, but Your word stands forever. Amen. (Isaiah 40:6-8)
We have been born again through the living and enduring word of God.
Purify us as we obey Your word so that we have sincere love for one another from the heart. Amen.
Thank You Father God.
To Whom It May Concern – sing with me:
Purify my heart; Let me be as gold and precious silver; Purify my heart; Let me be as gold, pure gold;
Refiner’s fire; My heart’s one desire; Is to be holy; Set apart for You, Lord; I choose to be holy; Set apart for You, my Master; Ready to do Your will;
Purify my heart; Cleanse me from within; And make me holy; Purify my heart; Cleanse me from my sins; Deep within.
